Terms/Policies

The course Tuition is $60.00. We do take Partial Payments and we do allow students and participants to make arrangements on a weekly Payment Plan. WE ACCEPT CASHAPP AND VENMO, TEXT 216-209-1051. You can pay on the website, we accept all cards.

• You must have your own internet or have access to wifi/free wifi in order to academically learn and do the work in the program, You must have a PC computer, or laptop with a web camera, and you must have a ZOOM account. You can also use your cell phones such as androids and iPhones.

• All Students are required to complete each week's Homework Assignments, it is very important for you to complete your assignments.
• There are no exams, there is No grading, and All assignments are business planning and building so you can be ready to start your future business. Your Academic Grade and feedback is your Consulting Results Data and Business Resource list. The Business Resource list will tell Each student how to get business management objects and operational objects that Each student needs to prepare and start their business.
• Document Security- The Consulting Results Data and Business Resources Data are privately secured for each student. You are not allowed to share or show/ Post media content about your Business idea until after the 5th week of Class. 

• If you are not satisfied with the program or not interested in being involved in the program before the 3rd week, Smith-Taylor Business Academy will refund your money in full. You must be in your second week before the third week, You must write up a withdrawal letter and email it to the Business Coach, DeAndrick Smith-Taylor
• IF YOU WERE ON A WEEKLY PAYMENT PLAN AND ONLY PUT DOWN A SMALL PARTIAL PAYMENT OF $20.00 AT THE END OF 2ND WEEK, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BECAUSE THE $20.00 WAS NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY NEW COURSE LECTURES OR DOCUMENTS, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE PART OF THE PROGRAM.

      - IF YOU PAID THE FULL AMOUNT AND ARE IN YOUR SECOND WEEK FOR REFUND, YOU CAN BE APPROVED FOR REFUND. 

Whether you completed and participated in the week 2 course or have not completed week 1 and two work, You can only withdraw on the Sunday of week two in order to receive the full refund and to cease weekly notification and lecture access. If you withdraw during or after week 3, You will not receive your full refund, however,  all lectures will still be canceled.

All verbal behavior must be positive and ideas/ thinking must be respectful.

Everyone must be well-behaved. Any threats or verbal violence will exalt consequences. Please be respectful to the Business instructor, any disrespect or mistreatment will result in major consequences- there will not be any refund if you aggressively withdraw.

• 1st step Warning 

• 2nd Step Disciplinarian talk through email

• 3rd step is Suspension, without no course work or consulting reports. 

• 4th step: Automatic withdrawal with half of the refund, $10.00 is taken out for abusive behavior. We do not tolerate violence/ slander or toxic/ negativity.
